I received this Yoga chart from my Yoga teacher. Yes, it has been 1 year since I've joined the class. My teacher's name is Mrs. Shivakalai. Knowing the benefits of Yoga and feeling how it worked out in me, I would like to share the knowledge that I gained in the class.
